I'm not saying that it's only these two companies, Intel and Teva, but Intel is a major player in Israel, and when rockets land not far from their facilities, I'm pretty sure they're not too happy about it and call Netanyoyo and complain. Also, Intel has moved development of Pentium Pro based CPUs that were being developed in Israel for decades to the U.S.
Pentium 4 was a competing American architecture to the Israeli one. Intel lost a lot of ground to AMD with P4 because the Americans couldn't design something as good as the Israelis. Intel frantically switched development of its mainstream CPUs back to the PPRO architecture from Israel - that's why all the post-Pentium4 cores had Hebrew names like Merom, Gesher, etc..
The last CPU from Israel was Sandy Bridge (Gesher). The subsequent and current generation is Ivy Bridge. I'm not sure what they still do at the Israeli facilities, but I'm pretty sure that Bibi is worried that the thousand high tech companies could abandon Israel if he doesn't capitulate to leftist demands.
I'm not saying his fears are based in reality, to the contrary, I would personally tell each and every one of them to shove off... The idea that Israel's security should suffer so that people can play Minesweeper on their tablets while sitting on the toilet is absurd.
