Purim is the holiday where Jews prevented a holocaust against them and instead reversed it and executed every Jew hater would be murderers. I pray for a modern day Purim to take place again. It will be another Jewish holiday for all righteous people.
And a second modern Purim I predict will fall on Purim. Much like tshabav falls on the same day both temples were destroyed.
It is the day when the Jewish people reconnected with Hashem through honest and thorough repentance, donning sack-cloth and fasting for three days, and events which only Hashem could orchestrate (such as Mordechai overhearing the plot to kill the king, he knew the language of the tarshishi, and the King couldn't sleep one night, etc.) It is because of this that the KING (who the sages teach was Hashem himself) had Haman hung, and allowed the Jewish people to rise up against those who plotted to kill the Jewish people.
Remember that it was not just Haman and King Ahashverous who wanted the Jewish people eradicated, it was a decree from Heaven that only Heaven itself could reverse. And while Hashem is not named in the Megillah, it is the hidden hand of Hashem which sustains and protects the Jewish people from all of our enemies.
We will once again see our enemies completely destroyed, and like at the sea of Reeds, we will see the devastation of our enemies. The Amalekites will, one day hopefully soon, be crushed by the hand of the Jewish people with the help of Hashems mighty right hand (the hand of Chesed). In every generation they rise to kill us, but Hashem quashes their plans, foils their plots, and makes them suffer by the very means they intended for the Jewish people.
May we witness their destruction, to glorify the name of Hashem, and raise it as a banner for the whole world to realize that there is a G-d in this world, and he is the One G-d, who established a covenant with the Jewish people.
