Ed Koch and Chaim

I happened to be at a large Barnes and Noble in NYC, just perusing the shelves and I came across a book of Letters written by Ed Koch.  Anyway, sure enough, I started looking for the letter than Chaim speaks of from time to time about Ed Koch recommending a very strong sentence for Chaim.  I think the Letter is on page 94-97 or maybe 95-96.  The book is entitled, All the Best: Letters from a Feisty Mayor

I definitely want to add that after reading this letter, I have to say that Chaim pretty much nailed it to a T or rather he did nail it to a T.  For one, his letter reminded me of the comments that Gary Ackerman made and two, you could tell he was gunning for Chaim in a way that he likely wouldn't have gunned for someone else.  Also, I think there may have been a letter for Pollard in there, but I may be confusing that with another book or story I read.
