Dem resolution warns climate change could push women to ‘transactional sex’

Global warming is going to force women into prostitution? This is crazy.

According to Rep. Barbara Lee (D-Calif.) and a dozen other Democrats it will also result in HIV and other diseases.

What are the men doing? There is a shortage of food but the men leave farming up to the females while they lounge around and impregnate more females creating even more mouths to feed? Is this partly to blame for the shortage.... not that women cannot accomplish the job but that the males aren't helping.

I have heard an interesting point of view on this. It states that sending food for perpetually short of food people feeds them for the moment and results in even more pregnancies which compounds the problem. The way it results in more pregnancies is that it improves the health of the people for a short period which increases fertility.....

Yes it's actually cruel to send food aid alone without anything to deal with the bigger issues surrounding why they were hungry to begin with.

We need more global warming here, it's in the 30's and to the north and west it's snowing. Some places have gotten up to 13 inches and it's still snowing!

It's already happening, but more due to TV shows like Sex in the City...just sayin...
