What about BlueHost.com ?

Their costumer support is great and they will work with you to update things often for free or for very cheap.

I think you should look into dealing with them.

I read something on an archive in which a woman had a problem with them as well.

I think the server has been doing really well now since yesterday. Keep your eyes our for any outages and report them in here. I think we may have fixed the issues.

I emailed the webhosting company they would not give me any information. I'm just glad the forum is back up and running !!!

There was a reason, I'm just not aware of it. It has been my experiance that website owners and some chat programs have no problem "pulling the plug" on people with views as JTF. I don't know if the webhosting company did this too the forum or not, but I do have my suspicions.
