All he has done is sugar coat everything....As Jay Leno said..."Why didn't they hire the brightest and the best to begin with"...in their zeal to get Obamacare implemented and pushed on the people, they rushed the set up and basic structure of the website to run smoothly...It never ends.

Because it is much cheaper to hire 'brothas' to do this kind of work. That way they can take home the pork, and screw whitey at the same time.
