OK they haven't got a clue. The reason is islam.
We all know that the second most popular book in the islamic world is mein kampf.

I don't think it's all Koranrats. Anti-Semitism is becoming radically popular among plain 'ol whites. Look at Poland, Hungary, Greece, etc.
