Even American born people with no college degrees take jobs away from those with a college degree. They would rather hire AA workers than a smart white worker with a college degree, even if the AA worker causes financial loss because they can control simple people better than smart white workers. I've experienced how such workers cause financial loss but to my advantage. Sometimes if you go to a store, the AA cashier makes a mistake and the customer saves money at the expense of the store that hires these workers. I guess the incentives from the government regarding taxes makes it still worth it to hire those types of workers.
If I apply to work at such places, the computer sees my application and rarely does a human actually look at it. It's all geared towards hiring AA workers.
