I agree with Joe. Russian announced giving several divisions of s300 to Kazakhstan for free while they refuse to sell this system to Iran for billions of dollars. It is clear sign they do not consider Iran close partner. How funny statement is that Russians are helping someone to build nukes when they can just ship it over the border any time and in any amount if they deem that to be in their interest.
