This guy has been scamming the Jewish community from Toronto to Montreal to New York to Miami to Jerusalem for decades with organizations that claim to help either poor Jews or build up the Negev or help yishuvim.
No one has been helped but Joel Busner who has has laughed all the way to the bank.
These organizations consist of only one person Joel Busner & maybe a few gophers he sends to collect for him.
Do not give your hard earned money to this scam artist.
