We can direct each other and possibly find good Jewish Apps that are in English as well.

1) Peninei Halachah - Halachot by R Melamed. It has Hebrew AND in English (in the bottom). Halachot of Prayer, Halachot of Pessah, of Rosh Hodesh, Birkat Levana and other Halachot in English (just like his books and from his books) All for free.
 * I believe their are 2 versions of this App, one of them has in English as well.

2) Birkat Hamazon Hakatzar ( David Fassy)

 Short Birkat Hamazon- Both in Hebrew and Transliteration as well. Also Mein Shalosh as well.
