Harvey Milk Postage Stamp?

Today I sent away for an absentee ballot for the November election at the post office and the postal clerk put a stamp of "Harvey Milk" on the envelope and it had the seven colors of the electromagnetic spectrum on the stamp. I assume this is something for homosexuality since the fags hijacked the colors of the rainbow.

Does anyone know about this person?

Good thing I wasn't mailing a personal letter to someone. I would hate to have them get that stamp. In the future, I'll have to request a specific stamp or tell them to put print a postage paid sticker like when they have to weigh it in order to avoid using an evil stamp like that.
