This is the method suggested by Cruz in the words of Andrew Mccarthy

Cruz’s amendment simply takes up Scalia’s suggestion. Our would-be overlords would be required to account to us if they wanted to continue ruling us. Here at National Review last week, the senator outlined his proposal: The justices would face the voters every eight years, earning retention only if they are approved by a popular national majority plus majorities in at least half of the states.
Although the idea suggested by Cruz is a step in the right direction, it still strikes me as "too little, too late".
Anyone with a better idea to stop judicial activism?

The Supreme Court recently has made terrible decisions. It has imposed Homo Marriages as the Law for the entire USA.
As I wrote in another post Midrash Tanchuma states the sin that sealed the fate of the generation of the flood was when they recognized marriages between men and men and men and animals.
The court has brought the USA at least to the halfway mark.
Furthermore, the court has aided the President to thwart the will of Congress recognizing Jerusalem as Capitol of Israel.
For the sake of Jewish Jerusalem and for the sake of the observance of the 7 Laws of Noah, (especially since the perversions recognized by the USA gain more credibility in the eyes of the wicked of Israel) I will give advice on this issue.
Any solution that is based on a constitutional amendment is a bad solution. It will take too long to pass it (and it might never pass) and by then the nation will have already gotten used to the evil.
An immediate solution is needed that doesn't demand such large electoral majorities to pass.
One possible solution is to learn from the left. When Franklin D. Roosevelt saw the Court (for good reason) invalidating his "new deal laws" he threatened to enlarge the Supreme Court with new judges who were loyal to his way of thinking. Given the tremendous red lines crossed by the Court, Conservatives have to start thinking about the same strategies. To enlarge the Court and pack it with members who are truly loyal to Conservative Ideology. Or if this is possible, to create a new Court above the Supreme Court and have that Court packed with loyal people.
Another possible idea is to encourage states to secede from the Union, since in any case demographics is endangering traditional America. However, because of what happened in the Civil War this might not be a "doable" option.

It's even more insane in Israel no Jew is protected on the individual level unlike in America.
The path of destruction is being implemented in both country.
