You can't just say that the Israeli authorities don't want him to be released or that they act so he doesn't get released because it is not true and you will lose credibility. All the Israeli governments have asked for his release and general public in Israel wants his release.  You can say the Israelis haven't done enough to get it done absolutely true on that count.
