It's interesting that the EU produced it and their website http://www.uengroup.org/home.html is not working. For the EU parliament http://www.europarl.europa.eu/portal/en everything on the site is leftist, so while I'm downloading the film now and will judge the findings with a fine comb, it would be easier to analyze this objectively if I know beforehand exactly why the EU wanted this film made...
