The Ger Toshav is not a convert who has become a full Jew, but is a Noahide who has risen to a higher level in attachment to the Am Yisrael and in observance of commandments apart from the 7 Noahide laws: he is nether Jew nor Goy, and is intermediate between a Ben Noach and a Yisroel, being referred to 46 times in Torah, more than any other mitzva.

The mechadesh R David Katz of Soul Mazal is an authority on the complex subject of the Ger Toshav, which few others today are familiar with

In the Messianic future, all the surviving non-Jews will acquire the status of Ger Toshav.
