Israeli Security forces on Sunday arrested Saadi Ali Abu Hammad, charged with attacking a security guard in Ma’aleh Adumim’s shopping mall with an ax.

Police received a call at 1:15 a.m. on Friday regarding the victim. The forces that arrived at the mall found Tzika Cohen, 48, lying on the floor with multiple stab wounds.

A security video that was circulated late Saturday showed an assailant striking Cohen multiple times near the mall’s elevator doors.

The security guard was rushed to Hadassah University Medical Center in Jerusalem's Ein Kerem. Cohen, a father of four, is in serious condition in the hospital’s critical care unit. His family is scheduled to celebrate a Bar Mitzvah in a few weeks.

Abu Hammad's arrest was the result of a joint operation between the Shin Bet, the Judea and Samaria police and the IDF.

The Shin Bet said that during the initial investigation Abu Hammed made statements that implicated himself in the attack.

He is a resident of the Palestinian village of Azariya, that is located just outside of both Ma’aleh Adumim and Jerusalem.

Ma’aleh Adumim Mayor Benny Kashriel Benny Kashriel the incident marks the first time a terror attack has occurred within the city of 37,400 people.

Judea and Samaria police have banned Palestinian workers from entering the city until Thursday, but they will be allowed to go to work adjacent Mishor Adumim Industrial Park.

You can see when the Israeli security guard is on the ground after being stabbed, he is kicking the Arab terrorist with his feet trying to save himself. 
If the Israeli security guard had a gun, he would have shot the Arab terrorist while on the ground.

Which proves my point, every single Israeli 18 and over should have a gun.
What the hell is Netanyahu waiting for? Start arming millions of Israeli Jews with guns.

Unless Netanyahu is completely incompetent or another version of Peres and Olmert, thats the only reason i can see Netanyahu not arming Israelis with guns.

If Chaim Ben Pesach was the the leader in Israel, in a week every single Israeli would be armed with a gun.
2nd, they would be told any time you feel your life is in danger shoot the Arab terrorist in the head to kill this barbarian.

I'm sick and tired of hearing Israelis shooting Arab terrorists in the feet after being stabbed, cause the Netanyahu government only allows Jews to shoot Arabs in the feet and not the head.
What a disgrace this Netanyahu is.
I can see why Likud and Labor wanted Kahane barred in 1988.
They don't want a leader who wants to defeat Arab and Iranian terrorists.
This is why Chaim is barred from entering Israel.
