I think what happenec is Big Bird had layed an easter egg but Elmo stole it, so Easter Bunny tried to retrieve the theft.

I don't know what started this fight but you're in a costume like that you are not supposed to take off the head where children can see it. Some little kids might believe they actually got to meet the Easter Bunny then seeing the person inside will shatter that. Of course if they're in that neighborhood they won't remain innocent for long anyway.  :'(

I think it is pedagogically wrong to lead children to believe in imaginary magic beings like Santa and the easter bunny.


I don't know what started this fight but you're in a costume like that you are not supposed to take off the head where children can see it.
