The concept of anthropology seems so backgrounds

It seems like anthropologists try to justify any type of bad behavior. 

To them, Michael Vick's crime, for example, would be excused because it would be justified as being part of his culture.  People need to be more UNDERSTANDING of Michael Vick's CULTURE.
