He sure sounds like it, does he make things very unpleasant for you? How often do you have to see him or have anything to do with him?

Im glad I have good neighbors....if he lived next door to me I would be inclined to put some fertilizer in his shed and call the FBI leaving a tip that he was talking about blowing something up

Last month, I saw him sunbathing near one of the playgrounds in the complex. I reported him to security. He was doing it while all the kids were coming home from school. He also has a pet lizard which he lets run around the co-op and lets the kids pat it.

No it's not. I just got a visit from Bill "the Nazi" Kregler today for holloween. He was with his son and a group of other kids. If he was by himself, I would have shut my door in his face.

I'm a photographer. Well, in my co-op, we just had an election last week to elect new members for the board of directiors. It consists of 9 people. One of them, is named Bill Kregler, a former fire marshall, who wanted to throw out all Jewish and elderly residents of this co-op. He just got re-elected. I wanted Chaim's help with either a petetion campaign or a protest to keep him off the ballot and the board so, that the Jewish community of Big Six Towers of Woodside, Queens will be safe from this monster. Chaim didn't want to help because of the liberal police in New York City will arrest us for protesting here.
