Another Terror attack in France

There has been another terrorist attack in France.  At the time I'm writing this, at least 60 were killed during this attack.  So far, ISIS hasn't claimed responiblity for this yet.

The tactics employed by the 31-year-old man, whose identity and motivation were not known as of Friday morning, mirror a frequent kind of attack employed by Islamic terrorists in Israel, known as "run-overs," "car intifada" or "Daes" in Arabic – a play on "Daesh," an alternative name for the Islamic State group, which has also encouraged the practice among its supporters. Dozens of soldiers and civilians in Israel have been killed in recent years in these attacks, which have yielded cartoon campaigns encouraging others to exploit benign instruments like vehicles for killing simply because they are almost impossible for police to track and stop.
The Anti-Defamation League analyzed the social media campaign used to encourage similar attacks in Israel in a 2015 paper, citing how extremist organizers branded the tactic as a part of a "new revolution" in particularly fearsome methods of killing. A senior official at Scotland Yard in London warned in April that extremist groups like the Islamic State group were increasingly turning to low-profile terror tools, such as vehicles or knives.

We all know that Islam is at play here.

These muslamic terrorists are supposed to be inspired by the free and individual terrorism call of the ISIS.

Nice incident has come to proove that every muslamic  can be an independent terrorist  unit irrespective of whether he is a moderate or sufi or anything else.
