As of last night,  in addition to Michael Bennett,  3 other players that were scheduled to go on this trip are not going:

Knowing what I do about these, players,  I'm not surprised that the Bennets and Kenny Stills backed out of the trip,  as they are the polar opposite of what JTF stands for.  I am surprised that Justin Forsett backed out.  He quotes bible passages and doesn't seem like the black militant type that the other 3 players are.  Of the 4 players,  he's the one who might eventually realize that he made a mistake.



On the other hand,  this is what Hall of Fame RB Curtis Martin said after he went to Israel a couple of years ago.   Curtis Martin is a class act,   who overcame a very dangerous neighborhood growing up in Pittsburgh.

That moron added a photo of MLK to his boycott message, somebody should retweet him what MLK said about being anti-zionist is equivalent to being anti-semitic. Oh I see Naftali Bennet has already sent the proper reply.

Though it's possible in this case,  my gut feeling at this point is that Justin Forsett isn't in that category.  On the other hand,  it wouldn't surprise me if one or more of the other 3 players are.  The other 3 are the BLM types.

On Saturday, Denver Broncos’s Forsett retweeted Bennett’s letter with a post saying: “For those who are wondering I will not be on this trip to Israel.”
 
He later indicated that he and his wife had decided against the trip some weeks ago because of the anticipated birth of their child.

When pressed on if he would have gone on the trip had his wife not been pregnant, he said: “Im really uninformed on the issues over there right now I’m doing my best now to get up to speed then I can make an informed dec[ision].”

If Wonderlic tests come close to accurately measuring intelligence,  Michael Bennett isn't a rocket scientist.  However, he would have enough natural intelligence to make a better decision than the one he made a few days ago.
