People took Obama to court over amnesty are not doing so against Trump. But you can also say that the Leftists are taking Trump to court over the good things he does and the Leftists succeed against him in court. So this is worse than Obama. Obama was stopped from doing some bad things by Right Wing judges but Trump gets away with the same things but can't get away with doing good things because of Left Wing judges. So either way he is only doing bad things.
