Not quite. This post has been deliberately misinterpreted by leftists. I think the original caricature indeed comes from David Icke's website or at least inspired by his insane theories about lizardmen and aliens. But I don't think that the Israeli website who edited this cartoon knew much about it, except for George Soros with is evil and indeed he finances enemies of Israel from within and abroad.

I didn't find his cartoon offensive, it was kind of funny.  Then I came to read his views and found I like this kid a lot.  Only problem is he's a Bibi supporter!
