Out of Body Experiences?

I hope im not hijacking the Mystical Experiences post, but im wondering, what is everyone's thoughts on OBE's?

Some say it is bad?

I know we have psychologists here, whom can most propably provide us with some information?

I believe that James Randi has it right when he states, "There's no such thing as out of body experiences, just out of mind experiences."

I belive an OBE is G-ds way of showing us how precious life is.
