Gentiles are obligated to fulfill the Seven Noahide Commandments because they are the eternal command of God, transmitted through Moses our teacher in the Torah. The main and best book on details of Noahide observance is "The Divine Code" by Rabbi Moshe Weiner.

Caleb's words at the end of the video reminded me about the 137 psalm.

If I forget you, O Jerusalem, may my right hand forget [its skill].

May my tongue cling to my palate, if I do not remember you, if I do not bring up Jerusalem at the beginning of my joy.( Psalm 137:5,6)

Do you study the Hebrew Bible often? I have read the Five Books of Moses with Rashi's commentary, but I learn the Oral Torah 99% of the time.

No, I study it very rarely. My main focus is also the Oral Torah. I own an Artscroll Tanakh and so far I have only read Five Books of Moses and some Psalms. My goal is to read the whole Tanakh in English. I read it previously in my language.
