An analysis of the shtokavian dialect
« on: August 14, 2019, 12:01:43 PM »
The shtokavian dialect is the basis of standard Croatian and standard Serbian.

Sounds: at the end of a syllable l becomes o (dal-dao). Čr becomes cr (crven). U replaced the preposition v.

Forms: the plural dative, locative and instrumental cases are the same (jelenima). The plural genitive has the ending -a (junaka).

Pronunciations: jekavian (dijete), ekavian (dete) and ikavian (dite).

Gentiles are obligated to fulfill the Seven Noahide Commandments because they are the eternal command of God, transmitted through Moses our teacher in the Torah. The main and best book on details of Noahide observance is "The Divine Code" by Rabbi Moshe Weiner.
