My idea how to deal with areas A,B,C & Gaza

Annex all of area C & give areas A,B & Gaza the same status that American Samoa has with. the US this way they are not Israeli citizens & can't vote in Israeli elections as the residents of unincorporated areas do not qualify for citizenship .

Isn't American Samoa like Puerto Rico? They are citizens but can't vote for President unless they live on the mainland (since the Electoral College doesn't get representatives from territories).

If the Arab areas of Yesha are given the same status as American Samoa (at least for time being)  they can't vote as it is an unincorporated area. See  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Samoa#Nationality

Is American Samoa different than the other American territories? It's one of four. The others are Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Island, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
