That's old news from May.

Similar efforts happening in a lot of companies.  For example, see two Regeneron publications in Science:

They recently announced phase 1 clinical trial treating patients completion and moving into phase 3 study now at beginning of July.

Eli Lilly is working on a similar project with a private company Ab Cellera, and they have begun testing in humans at the beginning of June as well.  I'm not sure if they passed phase 1 yet.

Antibodies have the most promise as targeted therapeutics to fight off active infections.  This approach worked successfully for Regeneron against Ebola, (NIH developed antibody also had success there).

As for some of the language of this news article, i have no idea what they're talking about regarding  "A new and refined monoclonal antibody containing a deficient proportion of harmful proteins "

There shouldn't be ANY harmful proteins in a monoclonal antibody product or cocktail.  Israeli biotech industry is quite peculiar.
