Putin (yimach schmo vezichro) is boasting about his advanced new generation of nukes with warheads that can detach from a single rocket and travel to multiple locations at once and with equal speed, and Jorge here is proud of the fact that he is stripping our ever-dwindling deterrent down to the bone?

Russia already has far more nukes than not only the rest of the world put together, but far more nukes than the rest of the world has ever made. It also has much more advanced nukes (not a priority to this country whatsoever for almost 20 years). And all Jorge is concerned about is "honoring the treaty with Russia"?
