Most of the non-Jewish world doesn't believe it. That alone it's a shame.
Israel does benefit America. The Soviets knew it back then, so their nation-destroying agents included that in the propaganda, and they found that an effective attack was to essentially direct Anti-American hate at Israel by claiming that America somehow made and G-d forbid owns Israel. This served a dual purpose in eliminating resistance mass muslim immigration by posting pallywood pictures of them as poor children in need of saving, and making support of it feel like an acceptable way to express hatred for Jews. It's the irony in people like Candance Owens having a little face flap off to declare that not everyone who supports what someone who wants to destroy Israel said once wants to destroy Israel. While that's true now because of mass leftist media brainwashing in every language about what the Jews do to the poor loving head-and-clitoris-chopping religious community, it's pathetically obvious with everyone from the Nazis to the Jew haters on the right and basically the entire left wing* that it is the go to issue for anyone to express Jew-hatred in a protected way, and you'll have muslims screaming rape the kids but due to the context of the speech they'll say it's just a political opinion.
*Some people on the left temporarily do not support the Arabs murdering all men in Israel G-d forbid and worse to the women G-d forbid, as promised daily by millions of muslims, but when they are called out on it they will apologize and go back to supporting death. Also there are some Jews there who support Israel and support their party destroying Israel because they are insane.
