Around 1000 Jewish men, women and children went out to the streets of Jerusalem in the last few days to protest the murder of 16 year old Hilltop Youth activist Ahuvia Sandak by the police, demanding that the cops be brought to justice. The police tried to crush the protest with brutality: beating up children, elderly and teen girls, using water cannons and stink bombs. Dozens were arrested, including children and Rabbi Kahane's own grandson, Meir Ettinger. But as you can see from the smile on the face of one of the teen girls who were arrested, 14 year old Aviya, this will not stop them! More protests are scheduled this week. The murderers of Ahuvia must be put on trial and rot in prison.

Some samples of the brutality:

We must help the Hilltop Youth heroes!

Their fight is our fight.

בס''ד

When Alabama police used water cannons on mostly black marchers in Selma in 1965, this so shocked the American people that it led to the passage of the 1965 "civil rights" amendments to the Constitution. American Jews were the leading voices demanding this.

But when far worse brutality, including water cannons, is used against peaceful Jewish demonstrators in Israel by a sadistic police force that murdered a 16 year old Jewish hero, there is total silence and indifference. What a disgrace.

At least those of you who are with us in JTF never have to wonder what side we are on.
