Comparing America and Israel may be a false equivalence. Jews are commanded to expel Gentiles from Israel. Gentiles are not commanded to expel other Gentiles from their lands.

Trump and Ramaswamy both have a shady past and don't care about traditional morality, but now they suddenly claim to have all the answers conservatives have been seeking for years, and throngs of people jump on the bandwagon. This isn't an unfamiliar phenomenon in the Edomite world.
