Torah and Jewish Idea / Re: Ticket to Heaven Daily Dose

George Carlin’s social commentary is an example, as is The Matrix, dystopian novels like Brave New World and 1984, and even more contemporary pieces such as Ben Stiller’s surprisingly thoughtful The Secret Life of Walter Mitty.

If society were to listen to George Carlin, rather than laugh at him, the end result would likely be a strike or an uprising of some kind. Yet, although his messages and comedy are wildly popular in North America, or at least were at one time, nothing has changed. Why is this the case?

The problem, again, is with metaphysics, which determine values, which in turn determine behavior. If the behavior has not changed, it is because the values have not changed – and if the values have not changed, it means that the person’s understanding of reality has not been sufficiently altered. Given that a great deal of time and energy has been spent by established interests to corrupt the West’s understanding of human nature, it seems most helpful to begin there.

As Abraham Maslow lamented in his 1968 memorandum, too much time has been spent focusing on the negative aspects of the human experience – the Christian original sin, the psychoanalytic trauma – rather than on the positive aspects and the potentialities. Thus, in order to begin to address the damage that has been done by the Western project, it becomes necessary to reconstruct a new psychology from first principles in the hard sciences, expand that understanding to group and social dynamics, and finally investigate some of the fundamental claims made by evolutionary scientists to determine what is true about the species and the universe.

By developing a more correct understanding of human nature and its implications in this way, the West can begin to heal its metaphysical corruption, develop a value system that is not decadent and is finally in line with reality, and begin to develop the behaviors and systems needed to establish a sustainable utopia. As has been suggested throughout popular culture, perhaps most famously Disney’s The Lion King, once we remember who we are, we will be able to step into our full potential and become everything that we could be. Indeed, everything that the sun touches is ours. (Ticket to Heaven by Zachary R.J. Strong, PDF version, p 92-93)

This is another expose by Project Veritas.  Project Veritas is very good at getting dumb black leftists to say what the left really believes on hidden camera.  Of course this comes as no surprise to JTF, but there are still naive Jews in the Democrat party that still believe that Biden has Israel's back.  Well he does have Israel's back because he's getting ready to stab it when he doesn't have to face the voters anymore.

KEY POINTS
KEY QUOTES: STERLIN WATERS, POLICY ADVISOR, NATIONAL SECURITY COUNCIL, WHITE HOUSE:

“If Biden won again he could be much more forthright about saying ‘No’ (to Israel).”

“There’s a huge, powerful Jewish influence in Republican and Democrat politics and the administration is definitely facing a conundrum of … you know, siding or like, being as active as some of the more progressive democratic liberal factions … and losing the next administration because of that.”

“To really point out that Israel has so much more power in this situation… there’s the media and powerful people who can twist that to say, ‘Oh, we’ve been ostracized for so long and now even the U.S… is against us.’ To play like, a martyr. We would lose [the election].”

“We can help you [Israel] in the way that we can, but you’re not going to continue to lie, and bomb, and kill all these kids without facing serious consequences.”

“But that is a second term decision bandwidth not a first term, you know… [Biden will lose] enough support that we can’t get to 270 electoral votes.”

A current White House official on staff with the National Security Council stated in a Project Veritas undercover recording that President Joe Biden is waiting for a second term to condemn Israel’s actions in Gaza but can’t say so due to ‘powerful Jewish influences’ that could cost him the election.

Sterlin Waters, a cyber policy advisor for the National Security Council, told a Veritas journalist that Joe Biden is a facing a ‘conundrum’ that prevents him from condemning Israel’s actions in Gaza. Waters reports to Deputy National Security Advisor for Cyber and Emerging Technology, Anne Neuberger, who reports to NSA Director Jake Sullivan. On camera Waters refers to his boss Neuberger as “very Jewish.”

During the six-minute recording, Waters discusses internal White House deliberations about the ongoing conflict in Gaza and admits that “if Biden won again he could be much more forthright about saying ‘No’ [to Israel],” stating that the administration would have more freedom to tell Israel ‘you’re not going to continue to lie, and bomb, and kill all these kids without facing serious consequences.’”

The undercover disclosures detail the Biden administration’s juggling act in its race to 270 electoral votes – revealing the strain President Biden faces as his party splits between influential Jewish interests and progressive pro-Palestinian youth who want the administration to end its support for Israel. These revelations also show the degree to which electoral politics are influencing the nation’s foreign policy decisions.

Over the weekend Biden received applause from Morehouse College graduates when he acknowledged the recent eruption of campus protests and called for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza during his commencement remarks.

However, on undercover video NSC advisor Waters paints a different picture in which Biden is muzzled from expressing his true opinion on Israel’s military strategy.

"To really point out that Israel has so much more power in this situation... there's the media and powerful people who can twist that to say, 'Oh, we've been ostracized for so long and now even the US...is against us,' to play like, a martyr. We would lose [the election.]"

Biden continues to flip flop in his public stance on the conflict - announcing in late April that the administration would pause a shipment of munitions to Israel over concerns that civilians had been killed by these weapons. Later in mid-May, the Biden administration told Congress it intends to move forward on a new $1 billion weapons deal with Israel.

White House spokesperson Andrew Bates responded to recent criticism of Biden’s weapons pause on Sunday by reaffirming Biden’s “ironclad” support for Israel’s security and said, “There has been no better friend to Israel than President Biden.”

Israel launched a military campaign in Gaza to destroy Hamas in response to the group's October 7th attack which resulted in 1,200 deaths and 252 hostages. Gaza's Health Ministry has estimated the death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to over 35,000 people.

Will Biden’s administration abruptly change its stance on the Israel conflict in a second administration? Stay tuned.
