He helped them take out Iran's nuclear power potential, but when he makes a deal between the two of them he wants both sides to honor it. That's not unreasonable. He's a great friend to Israel but they need to honor their agreements as well.

Is he going to get the self-hating jewish vote?

Haman was the planner and leader of the plot. The king was manipulated into signing the decree.
Ahasverus decreed a genocide against all the Jews in his enormous kingdom.  I don't know how you can get more evil than that...

I view Trump as modern day Ahasverus (King of Persia in the Book of Esther). He is not evil but not particularly good and has some obvious character flaws but also some good traits.

I view Trump as modern day Ahasverus (King of Persia in the Book of Esther). He is not evil but not particularly good and has some obvious character flaws but also some good traits. That's what we have to work with and I will take it any time over another Bush not to mention a Democrat president.

Regarding anti-semites unfortunately the new Republicans are infested with them. I have a lot of concern about JD Vance.

Chaim seems to be stuck on the idea that Trump is an anti-Semite when all current day evidence points the opposite direction.

I still remember when after having voted for George W Bush as the lesser of two evils, that W was complicit in the destruction of Gush Katif, and feeling so grieved at him having been the only choice I was given. Contrary to that I've never once regretted voting for Donald Trump.
