I have dreams ranging from action adventures, to abstract yet funny experiences.

I love dreaming, because i feel like i'm not wasting time during my sleep because i can learn from the dreams.......

Even if remembered clearly? How are you meant to know the time at which you dream....usually it's just before you wake up because then most people's dreams are cut.

I kind of enjoy my dreams, when they're nice....so i don't see how it is a result of worrying.

I remember saying to him in a dream he was died, and he said yes I know.

Thats about the time you write these ideas down for a either comedy movie or action. Thats what most screenplay writers do. just a suggestion ;) 8) ??? ::) :-\ ^-^ 8;) O0

I always see my dad as I did the last time I saw him. I even remember having a horrible dream about my mom's ex-boyfriend where he started beating me. I called my dad's name and he took me out of that dream and placed me in another one which had a safer environment. Before the dreams of him were over, I'd always see him walking away dressed to the nines in beige khaki pants, matching shoes and argyle sweater; turning around once to wink at me. I wished he was around the other night when I had a terrible dream that one of my oldest girls was attacked.

I heard some anti-depressants trigger nightmares? Perhaps if they are abused?

I remember I read it somewhere...so, could be like you said...let's face it, in US people are overusing antidepessant meds...I wonder why is that so? ::)
