Today I got a mail from a customer. He asked me following question:
Dear Sirs,
Please advise us the schedule of shipment to this book by return.
Thank you,
Did he mean, that he wants to know the conditions of the shipment or did he wants to know how he is able to sent the book back to me after he has received it?

I think they want you to get back to them with shipping costs.
