Chaim isn't exactly a fan of the Republican Jewish Coalition.
For what it's worth, I supported RJC until they supported Chris Christie for re-election in 2013. This a year after Christie undermined Mitt Romney's candidacy against Barack Hussein Obama.
Regarding Donald Trump, you certainly have made it clear that you are supporting Trump. In general, it's your right to support Trump. Just don't expect the majority of JTFers to support him, including myself. I'm much more comfortable with the option of writing in Ted Cruz than voting for any of the major candidates expected to be on the Presidential ballot in November.
-
Yes we all know what self hating Jews are. They are born every day.
-
Are you suggesting that if one Jew supports trump then the rest of us must also? Why?
Argument from authority is not going to convince anyone. Certainly not when the "authority" is some establishment phony organization which had terrible stances in the past.
-
I am not a follower. I'm not like most of you when Chaim says jump and you ask how high.
-

Precious.
By your logic I'm a follower for not supporting trump, but if I support Trump then I'd be a follower of you and the Republican Jewish coalition. So I guess it's a good thing I'm staying on the fence so I'm not a follower of anyone.
The argument from authority is the penultimate follower's argument so you must be projectIng now.

Having known Chaim for many years and meeting him, he would not be the type to mislead people for an ulterior motive. With all of the ask JTF's etc etc etc, Chaim has shown to be spot on when predicting the behavior of individuals prior to them doing something.
It takes a special type of wisdom to not just be good at predicting an outcome; but to know who a good predictor is.
While it might seem counterproductive to be anti-Trump (much like it seemed to be anti-Netanyoyo), since Hillary is a well known evil (much like Herzog was), it isn't counter productive. It's not that we have two evils and we choose the lesser. In this instance, one is a known evil and the other is much worse and neither are good in anyway shape or form.
Therefore, I stand by Chaim on this election. Trump is an absolute disaster much like his dumb foolish supporters.

Well, everyone should vote for who they feel fills their needs the best... Lets hope you still feel this way 4 or 8 years from now... In this world I move forward not backwards... I have seen what a Clinton presidency was like... I don't feature seeing them in the oval office again... Trump may not be ideal but for me I think he will be a h-ll of a lot better than the Clinton's... Let the best man win :::D

Not like trump has a chance, but let's say he did have a chance.....
Which is better? An evil person and admits she's evil? Or a clever evil person who lies about being righteous but does evil and everybody thinks he's still righteous for it? The truth is that neither is better but one is a step backwards.
Let's look at Israel where everyone thought bibi was the lesser of the evils. BIBI IS ONE AND THE SAME AS HERZOG except one difference. He pretends to be right wing but does left wing things and it's ok with his supporters because they think he is right wing.
Trump is the same as bibi.

Clinton never admits that she is evil and the media covers up for her. They 'give her', on a silver platter, the image that she, and they, want her to have. And people believe that she is for women's rights, harmless on foreign affairs and caring on social issues. Which if you pay attention, you know is not true. She is evil incarnate. So, I will never accept that Clinton would be better for the country. People should vote their conscience. Do what they can live with. But I don't believe that she will cause less harm. She is not this sweet grandma. Who can't use a cell phone. Doesn't understand protocol when it comes to email servers. Who stands up for women's rights. (Just ask all the women who were raped and mishandled by her husband, that she demeaned.) Who cares about what happened to her friend, the ambassador, in Benghazi and all those innocent men.
Just inform me why neither candidate is your choice. But never tell me why Clinton would be better. That doesn't work for me. She has been around a long time and I have a long informed memory.

No offense to you, but...
Why is this "self respecting Jew" not respecting himself in Israel like he is commanded to?
-
Looks like we have a WN troll here boys and girls. Shlomo...
-
When you start like that, it almost looks like you are asking to turn this difference of opinion into a personal level fight. There is no need for personal level attacks. Lets leave that childish play to Trump and Clinton.

Your asking me which is better so here is my question to you... We already know that Hillary would have no problem sleeping at night if Israel disappeared off the face of the map... Is that better? With Trump that is still an open question... Also I think that he may surprise people by being a lot more supportive to Jewish interests than he is being given credit for here on the forum... Hillary will stack the supreme court with at least two appointees and has promised to eliminate second amendment rights as we speak... Some folks my have suicidal tendencies but this goy does not... No write in's no Hillary this goy is voting for Trump with a clear conscience..

Joel Pollack is the scum of the earth. He is the ultimate example of a self-hating Jew.
Until 2006, Pollack was a left-wing Democrat. He then switched parties to run for Congress and was defeated overwhelmingly.
Pollack is now the senior editor in chief of the evil, anti-Semitic Brietbart site. On Breitbart, Pollack relentlessly slandered our loyal friend Ted Cruz while fanatically supporting the anti-Israel Donald Trump throughout the Republican primaries and caucuses. Pollack always found excuses for all of Trump's lies, betrayals and smears. Pollack also portrayed the anti-Israel Trump as a friend of the Jewish people. Pollack and his evil site played a major role in enabling Trump to defeat Cruz.
Pollack's site Brietbart is swarming with Nazi anti-Semites posting thousands of messages about the "Jewish neocon conspiracy" to destroy the United States. These Nazi Jew-haters are all fanatic Trump supporters. Most Trump supporters are anti-Semites. Trump has succeeding in making anti-Semitism and hatred of Israel as acceptable on the "right" as it has been on the left. Before Trump's candidacy, Israel was strongly supported among Republicans and conservatives. The Jew-hating supporters of Pat Buchanan, Ron Paul and David Duke were a distinct minority. Not now. Trump has popularized Jew-hatred once again. Pat Buchanan, David Duke, Louis Farrakhan and StørmFrønt all openly support Trump enthusiastically.

Oh and look what your hero Trump did today:

He's not going to save you! He's going to do the opposite of everything he says.
Let me ask you a serious question. How often have we been wrong? I'd like to hear your answer.
And Breitbart is so bad at kissing Trump's tuchus, they made a new site just for them:

I am not a follower. I'm not like most of you when Chaim says jump and you ask how high.
I'm not going to fall into the trap of proving you wrong with particular opinions I've had differences on. Since you have nothing logical to back up your opinion, you have to throw feces at everyone, because that way with some on us, you look less bad covered in it.
Have your opinion without turning into a Chumptard. I've been saying it from the beginning, no one will be able to differentiate between the authoritarian leftists, David Puke Nazis, and retarded Republicans by the time this election is over, and that includes Jews that fall into the cult.

For the record, Hillary Clinton was the person who had Chaim's television show pulled off the air in Queens.
You don't think Chaim hates Hillary Clinton?
That's why I've said before, I can understand when people ONLY are voting for him because of Hillary, but I think that is bad judgement and a mis-calculation. It doesn't take the future into consideration.
Trump would completely destroy the GOP.
And what for? For a short-term "just maybe he will do something he says on maybe one issue which is something at least - at least we'll keep Hillary out". I have news for you, he's flip flopped on every single issue and changes his mind sometimes in the same sentence and bragging about how he can be flexible on anything at all and make deals. He wrote the book on it.
It would be a disaster. You wouldn't see another conservative in the white house for a long, long time. Trump would redefine "progressive conservative" and take it to new levels... he already is with the full support of transgender bathroom usage. That's okay for you?
I don't personally think he has a chance to win. Hillary's had double digit leads on him and he's still dropping because of the stupid things he's saying and doing.
-
Hillary is a known evil entity.
If she becomes POTUS, we'll never have a conservative in the White House ever. She'll pretty much dissolve the borders, by allowing all of Mexico to come to the U.S., along with millions of Syrian so-called refugees (who are really invaders). Remember also, she'll stack the Supreme Court with left wing justices. Plus she's no friend of Israel.
So I think it's safe to say that four years of Hillary and conservatism will be dead.

What a 180 degree turn Chaim. Just a few months ago you praised Joel Pollack, now you call him the scum of the earth and a self hating Jew. I voted for Pollack for congress in 2010 when he ran against Jan Schakowsky, who is a million times worse than Pollack in the 9th congressional district in Illinois, where he did in fact lose in what is perhaps the most liberal congressional district in the country.
I might not agree with Trump on everything, but he is saying the right things, and is a lot better than Romney or McCain. I'm beginning to think there is a deep seated personal vendetta you have against Trump. Because I support Trump you're probably going to ban me. and call me the scum of the earth and a self hating Jew.

You mean from Manhattan Negro Network (MNN).
Hillary complained to Virginia Fields that JTF heckled her at the Israel Day Parade in 2000 so Virginia Fields said "JTF, you is off the air because you is racist. UMM HMM.".

"Saying the right things?" really? You like being lied to I guess.
Saying the right things like, one day "We need to stop all muslim immigration" and then the next day " Well I didn't really mean that of course but we need to figure things out," and then "Well we might be able to stop immigration from a country like Afghanistan which has a lot of terror, but muslims from everywhere else ok" to..... ?
He's a NY liberal and he pretended to be conservative to drum up support from far right antisemites. And you call this "saying the right things." Pretty pathetic.

August 2015 is "a few months ago"?
August 2015 is before Pollack and Breitbart turned against Ted Cruz. In the summer of 2015, Breitbart was praising both Cruz and Trump. Pollack had not yet taken a position on which candidate to support. So I gave Pollack the benefit of the doubt and praised him.
But in the fall of 2015, Breitbart became fanatically pro-Trump. Before and during the 2016 primaries and caucuses, Breitbart initiated a systemic smear campaign against Cruz. Pollack the Judenrat was one of the leaders of this smear campaign. Hundreds of articles were written and spread all over the internet about "Lyin' Ted", claiming among other things that Cruz supported amnesty for illegal aliens, stole the Iowa caucus from Ben Carson and was a mere puppet of Goldmann Sacks.

Thank you for admitting you were wrong and correcting yourself. I don't recall Pollak smearing Cruz. I'll do some research. I said it before, and I'll say it again, Ted Cruz was by far my first choice. Now that Trump is the presumptive nominee I will vote for him in the fall. Most Trump supporters are anti-Semites.
Most Trump supporters I have met are neutral on the topic of Israel. Neutral isn't really the same as anti-Israel, even though it may seem so.
They're not fanatically for it or against it. I know that Israel is your number one issue, but to a lot of Americans it's one of the last things they consider.
They don't really care one way or the other about Israel's survival. They are focused on the USA and what is happening here. Both Hillary and Trump are horrible on the Israel issue. Cruz would have been better for Israel but he is not running anymore. Either Hillary or Trump are going to be president unless some fringe conspiracies are right and Obama is going to find some way to stay in office by declaring martial law or something of that nature. Many people are trying to make the best of the situation.
I am not a fan of either candidate but I sure am going to do everything I can to make sure Hillary doesn't get in.
We were all dealt a crappy deck of cards this time. There's not much we can do about it at this point except to pick one of the two, or sit it out. With so much at stake sitting it out seems a bit cowardly though. It's a very hard decision, almost a Sophie's choice type situation... but good people are going to be making some hard decisions.
We can hope for better next election but I am not getting my hopes up very high to be honest.
The next president is going to be bad no matter what.
If Israel faces an existential threat they need to stand on their own as you have been telling them to do for ages, not listen to a USA president whether they are pro-Israel or anti-Israel.

I respect your opinion but we disagree on whether its best to choose from these two candidates. From my point of view, I feel partially responsible if I vote for a candidate who gets elected and ends up causing irreparable damage. Especially, when there are warning signs all over the place. Though I believe it's a responsibility to vote if given the opportunity, it has to be someone who I have at least some comfort level. With Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, I don't have any comfort level. Hence, my decision to write in Ted Cruz unless there's an acceptable alternative on the ballot.
Ideally, Israel won't depend on any other government. The problem as we have seen is the so called leadership in Israel doesn't come close to taking that approach. Hence, the need for JTF to get bigger in Israel and elsewhere.

There are two different philosophies I've seen expressed about this.
One is that choosing the lesser of two evils is still evil and that continuing to do so just continues our corrupt system. There is a lot of validity to that. I do feel bad for having voted for evil people like George Bush, etc. especially after what happend in Gush Katif. However the alternatives were worse.
Unfortunately if we are going to participate in American elections at all it seems like we're going to have to choose between people we don't really like and hope for the best.
There are very few candidates that are actually good people with good values and fewer still of those who have a real chance at high office.

I voted for John McCain and Mitt Romney against Barack Hussein Obama with the thought process that you are expressing. In the case of the 2016 Presidential Election though both the remaining major candidates are troubling to the point that I'm not sure which one is worse. Other than Donald Trump, Chris Christie, and Rand Paul, if any of the other 14 Republican candidates would have won the nomination, I would have very likely voted for them. Many reluctantly, much like with McCain and Romney.
Most people I know that are Republicans are voting for Donald Trump and disagree with my viewpoint. I except that, especially knowing how dangerous Hillary Clinton is for the future of the United States, for Israel, and for Western Civilization in general. Yet, my concerns about Trump are great enough that he's just not an acceptable option.

It's popular to the masses to speak out against Islam and many like yourself are falling for this.
As soon as that chump is in power there will be little talk of Islam or Mexican immigrants etc.
I do see that Americans are caught between a rock and a hard place and are looking for the better of the two beasts.
I've got news for you, there is NOTHING good with either two, they both are pro gay, anti Israel, destructive corrupt BEASTS who belong together.

I understand and I respect that. I feel like Trump at least tells the truth about Islam and Islam is the USA's primary enemy so he's got that going for him.
Two of my concerns with Donald Trump regarding Islam is his relationship with Chris Christie, a proven Islam supporter, and Louis Farrakhan praising Trump.
Overall, I think Trump knows what people want to hear and that contributed to him greatly in him being on the verge of being the Republican Nominee for President. Yet, when it comes to actual policies if elected, I think many people who voted for him in the primary process are going to be at the very least disappointed that they aren't getting the individual from the Republican primary campaign.

He's only doing that so you'll vote for him, these aren't his real views.
It's popular to the masses to speak out against Islam and many like yourself are falling for this.
As soon as that chump is in power there will be little talk of Islam or Mexican immigrants etc.
I do see that Americans are caught between a rock and a hard place and are looking for the better of the two beasts.

I don't really trust him on that issue either but Hillary isn't even pretending for the sake of votes. She will 100% let Syrian refugees in, in large numbers. I often go to work late at night by myself. This is not something I can afford to let happen even if the other guy is lying, at least there's a small chance he won't be as bad as Hillary who seems to love Muslims.

That is exactly what Yvette Lieberman, and before him Ariel Sharon have been doing in Israel and lots of people keep falling for it all the time. These are corrupt sociopaths with no values and no sense of remorse for the damage they do and the lies they tell.

Not only Jews want to see a firm strong President in the WH, we are all tired of a bunch of milktoasts in the Republican party who won't get tough with our enemies.
