No it is politics. Besides these nations or at least their current regimes are not worse than most other regimes in Europe, Asia or in latin America.

The Negroes are descendants of Noah's son Ham. Ham means "hot" in Hebrew. The Negroe at his best is "hot & excited" in his service of Hashem & service of his brothers. The Negroe at his worst is "hot and exited" in his pursuit of immorality & licentiousness. If Israel can win over Black Africa on to its side, they will make the best allies.
