No it is politics. Besides these nations or at least their current regimes are not worse than most other regimes in Europe, Asia or in latin America.

The Negroe at his worst is "hot and exited" in his pursuit of immorality & licentiousness. If Israel can win over Black Africa on to its side, they will make the best allies.
