Title: What is the original nationality of Abraham?
Post by: ItalianZionist on October 09, 2007, 10:34:53 PM
He was from southern Iraq, if I'm not mistaken. Does that make him Sumerian. If so are the Sumerians Semites? Maybe Yacov would know....He's interested in these topics.

Okay, so where did Noah come from? Hey, honest question I don't know, not all of us have our nose stuck in a religious book every day.  :)

I meant geographically. By "were did he come from" I literally meant "where".  ::)

People say all of humanity comes through Noah but I've heard that the flood didn't necessarily cover the entire earth? Is this true? If so, didn't other people survive?

I would love to name one of my kids one of those Genesis type of names.. but I don't think that would go well with an Italian surname..  :-\
