Lets start a seperate fund for taking out advertisements for JTF

Let's start a seperate fund for taking out an advertisement.  Let Chaim choose the place.  Radio, internet, newspaper, whatever.

Chaim can tell us exactly what it costs, the length of time the ad will run, and a way of knowing that our donation went to that particular advertisment. 

We should aim to advertise where like minded people read, listen or watch.
