One in 20 bikes - a total of 760,000 - were stolen in the Netherlands last year, says national statistics office CBS.

In the cities the theft rate was double that, but only 30% of bike owners reported the theft to the police. Young people are most likely to have their bikes stolen.

No prove for that. I don't know if Holland's police is allowed to keep the records of ethnicity of the criminals.
Anyway, most muslims can't drive a bike. it 's not their culture.
I have never seen a muslim driving a bike, and I can assure you I see 2-3000 of them a day.
