Eat when I'm hungry, stop when I'm full.

I eat lots of protein with very low carbs. I do it fruits and vegetables whenever I feel like it as they are so healthy. The only time I will eat any type of carb which is not fruits or vegetables is right after my workout.

This is what I drink prior to or after a workout:

Naked Juice
Vitamin Water

I generally don't count calories or worry about my calorie intake because I have a good metabolism.

Both excellent drinks, especially the Naked juice. Too bad it's so expensive

I've lost weight but I was probably already underweight.  I'm not sure why this has occurred.  I feel like I'm currently in a bad state of health.

I once saw a segment on the news that there are some medical conditions that could cause people to gain a lot of weight.  Does anyone know if there are any medical conditions that cause the opposite to occur?

Please response either in this thread or through a private message.

If you want to loose weight take less, but do not be on very low calorie diet because you could loose muscles and have many health problems. In the morning take some agg whites they contain about 5g of protein, tuna fish, milk. Than maybe at 10am take fruit and have a good meal around 12. If you want to build muscles you will need to eat 6 good meals in one day or every 2 hours. I would not suggest you to eat past 6 pm.

I just look at the price. I have developed a system where I eat one meal every two days. And its great because no I can start paying off my gambling debts.

In terms of protein and a well-balanced diet mostly fish some pork, along with milk, eggs, and some fruits and vegetables.

What do you mean by pork?  Do you keep kosher?
