Australia's 3,300 mile horse trail.

The Bicentennial National Trail is the longest marked non-motorised self reliant multi-use trekking route in the world, stretching an extraordinary 5,330 kilometres from Cooktown in tropical North Queensland, to Healesville in Victoria.
The inspiration of the legendary bushman R. M. Williams, the Trail follows the historic coach and stock routes, old pack horse trails, and country roads. Wherever possible along its great length the Trail has been designed to be a "living history" of our country, following the routes of our early pioneers and highlighting historic sites and artifacts along the way.

As it winds virtually the length of the country, the Trail links eighteen of the country's National Parks, and reveals some of the most spectacular scenery in Australia. It traverses lush tropical rainforests, rugged mountains, valleys and gorges, remote dry plains, alpine meadows, snowfields and wilderness.

Whenever I see a map depicting Australia these days, I envision a bunch of Aussie mooooozies sitting around a table having a discussion:

Machmoud: Imagine the nerve of these infidels !

Achmed: Yes, an entire continent, and only one country !

Osama: And a depraved infidel nation of scantily clad raw meat women at that !

Machmoud: We can not allow this insult to Islam and the Prophet to continue !

Achmed: It's really Muslim land anyway !

Osama: Jiiiiiiiiihaaaaaaaaaaad !!

It's just a matter of time until the moooooozie 'separationist' movement starts down under.

Oh they already think it's a muSSlim country.

One imam said they have more right to it than us because they come by choice while we were born here (he never applies that rule to Israel, though).

Other muzzies claim some muzzie sailor came BEFORE the Dutch or Cook!

Unfortunately for them we have mainstream politicians who have stated loudly and publicly that if they want a muSSlim country they can go elsewhere and a public who will throw bigger anti-muSSlim riots than they can throw pro-muSSlim ones.

Our muSSlims have discovered..........AUSTRALIANS AIN'T EURO-FAGS.

Between 6 months and a year depending on how few rest days you want.

If you start in Oct (mid spring) in Victoria and finnished Sept (early spring) in North Qld it would be a nice, leasurely 10 months and you'd spend the warm months in the south and the cold months in the tropical north.

Some people WALK the track! :o
