A project has been presented to the Argentine Parliament by members of the ruling party. According to it, if approved, babies shall be only named by the mother's surname or by the mother's two surnames. In any case the first surname shall be the mother's and not the father's.
Fisrt it's contrary to the tradition of the Torah, since Hallacha states the child of the of a Jewish marriage is jewish bt the mother, but belongs to the tribe and family of the father. Likewise a Gentile child, is Gentile by the mother, but belongs to the nation and family of the gentile father.
Second, I assume that this absurd change is deliberately intended to promote immorality by decreasing attention towards fatherlles children, thus enticing the youth not to marry, not to even care who the father of the child is.....
Certainly an annoying leftist immoral project..... would Jtf support me against this plan?

Where did you get this from? This was maybe the case 50 years ago I think.
Biblical names (as written in the Christian Bible ) are very wide spread in europe.

shechita : is against the law of some European countries.

brit milah: is not performed by any Christians I know of, except for medical reasons.

Denmark allows shechita so the rest of Scandinavia imports kosher meat from Denmark.

So it is possible to obtain kosher meat in all of Scandinavia.
The reason why European countries ban Ritual slaughtering, is that all animals must be slaughtered in centralised abatoirs,
for reasons of hygiene, nobody is allowed to slaughter at his house, or farm.

All animals must be made unconscious, prior to killing.

Some exceptions are made for muslims and Jews.

Then that is Anti-Semitism. The animals are unconscious instantly under Jewish slaughter. Nothing un-natural can be given to it in order to kill it. It has to be with a sharp knife which cuts a part of the neck which causes instant death. The animal is not beheaded. The head is later removed.

I doubt if that's the case in Sweden today.

That doesn't make it right. They must be Nazis and believe the propaganda that it is cruel to animals while it is really the contrary. It is done to prevent cruelty to the animals and the slaughter results in instant painless death.

I meant they want to ban it for Jews. Brit milah is only for Jews. For Gentiles, it would just be milah (circumcision). Brit milah is ritual circumcision in Judaism.

The laws are what they are, and all citizens have to obey them.
Circumcision is not banned here.
Kosher food, is not banned here.
Synagogues are not banned here.

But frankly: shouldn't Jews leave the Gentile world, and live in Israel?

I think towards Jews, exceptions must be made, so that Jews can freely enjoy their religion here.
But that will encourage them only to stay, wich is a bad thing for Israel.
Muslims, on the contrary, must be discriminated in every possible way.

That means that all laws, protecting freedom of religion must be banned, or
at least, the religion of Peace, must be forbidden, to practise inside the Western World.

I thought the name laws were part of Socialism. Perhaps I have Sweden mixed up with Norway regarding the name laws.

I think that a law that forbids stupid names, is  good law.
I consider a lot of nowdays names given over here as crazy.

A law that forbids any Arab, Koranic names, would be most welcome.
