then what do you call the 66 book Bible Christian's use?

see, you don't understand.  Only 27 of those 66 books in the Christian Bible are New Testament.  The other 39 are Tanach.

But if Torah is added to, taken from or changed in any way (even one letter) it is null & void. Therefore a 'New Testament' could be 99% Torah and 1% other 'stuff' and it would NOT be considered Torah to Judaism.
