As great as the diet might possibly be, I wouldn't buy that it can cure disease.

Looks like they want to get the readers to start on those steps RIGHT NOW at one time. I think I would do the last one first...everything else gradually over months time. It takes a lot to train your body to want to be healthy. I dont' think this is a good way to do it though.
