Canada, for example has more diamonds (a false market), uranium and many other minerals...  You make a good point but if left alone than the extraction of these minerals would be much easier as there would be no more "foreign aid": Wealth Transfer, bribing of corrupted Marxist Negro dictators... etc. etc.

Diamonds, like many others, is a false and manipulated market and has been thus for a very long time, especially since Rhodes, with N.M Rothschild & Sons financing, took over the Kimberly diamond fields making DeBeers Mining Company and later, I believe with Rockefeller financing opened the [censored] Oil Company but that is entirely another subject.

If you read the biography of the Rothschild Dynasty by Fredrick Morton for example or the one by Niall Ferguson one will find that not only were the Rothschilds worth over $12 billion dollars in 1850 but are the largest land owners in Canada, aside from the Federal Government.  One logically must ask where is this land?  After further reading/research one finds that the lands are the uranium, diamonds/oil fields etc. of Northern Ontario, Sask, Man, Alberta....thus confirming a repeat of Rhodes and DeBeers only in Canada... 

The end is simple, a closed and manipulated false and cornered market.  Rockefellers with the Oil and Rothschilds with Gold and Diamonds...

Sorry brother,  I have no idea.  Usually, like in America, the names and faces change but the policies continue unchanged.  For example in the book "Modern Times" by a well respected British Historian Paul Johnson outlines the basic history of the revolution in the Congo.  Similar to that of China and Cuba, the Western Establishment abandoned the Nationalist parties/person/armies and funded, armed and assisted the Communist dictators.  Same as the covering of the Oil for Food scandal.  The result being a Communstic Black dictatorship like most, if not all, others in Africa.  I suspect this is done so the Western elitists can control their financial interests more closely in such a volitile, staple rich area.  Just my opinions of course.  Looking at Rockefeller and Aramco Oil the House of Saud has made "Saudi" Arabia into a Dictatorial family business....

Realistically, western civilization mustn't abandon Africa, since that would simply leave its spoils for Chinese, Arabs and Russians. Moreover Islam is fast spreading in Africa, It has a strong foothold in every African nation.

So I believe re-colonialism is a very good idea, though I really see no chance it would happen. I'm sure the Boers could easily reclaim their lands and expel the blacks, but then they would risk war with NATO and other powers which might lead to their complete destruction.

As for the natural resources- apart for diamonds and possibly gold, there's a very real and growing demand for all of them.

Leftist one world organizations, and European governments are the main funders of the leftists in Israel such as "Piss Now" and "Gush Shalom".

Very good response zelhar.  Very true.  I'd suggest for answers to listen to audios of Eugene Narrett, Hugh Fitzgerald and even Francisco Gil-White from HiR Home.  They are very much informed.  For the basics on this Elitist agenda one can easily watch the video: "The Capitalist Conspiracy" narrated by G. Edward Griffin; author of the fabulous book "The Creature from Jekyll Island"

There are two other books that I think are worthy to mention.  The first is by Rabbi Marvin Antelman "To Eliminate the Opiate" which is about the "Jewish" anti-Jew elitists NWO agenda to rid the world of Judaism, Israel and G-d. 

The second book is by Eric Jon Phelps, called "Vatican Assassins" which is about the Society of Jesus and their connections with the Knights of Malta, CFR/Trilateral, Club of Rome, Rhodes/Milner Group, Fabian, Illuminati and Shriner Freemasonry/P-2 Masonic order.  His thesis is the idea or goal of rebuilding the Holy Roman Empire with its central figures (elitists) under the Popes (Black/White Pope) under a N.W.O.  With respect to Phelps book (which I posted on JTF in e-format) I'd tend to dismiss about 10% rite off the start because of the author not being knowledgable in Judaism, another 15% I'd question due to my ignornace and the remaining 75% is very informative and makes one think...

All of the aforementioned readings and video deal with the same subject albeit from different views...with a common outcome.  There are many other books that connect the Erev Rav (Jewish anti-Jew) connections with the CFR/Fabian etc. groups, the Nazis, Stalin, Arafat and the elimination of Jews and Judaism (Perfidy-Ben Hect or The Transfer Agreement - Edwin Black)...
