It has never been a secret that the Liberal Party of Canada is all about power. It is often said that the Liberals only have two core principles - they believe in God and they believe that God is a Liberal. And nobody is really sure about the first one. (Full Article link above)

I hate the Liberals!  They always try to shoot down the Conservatives every time they're doing good.  They nailed Mulroney, they nailed Tom Lukiwski, they constantly attack Harper.  Tell everyone in Canada not to vote Liberal and better yet, tell them to vote Conservative, because the NDP is worse.  NDP is even left of the Liberals.  NDP is Socialist and it was Tommy Douglas who started the NDP.  I don't even know why he was named Canada's greatest hero, unless he did something else.

I totally agree.  I wrote my Aunt on this subject this morning. Most Canadians have no idea what Liberalism, Socialism, Communism, Conservatism actually is.  Heck they all know about Nazism but it is extremely benighted and a hypothesis at best.  Santayana's quote is coming true...
